BUILT IN-HOUSE 2026-07-16 (GOAL_CONJECTURES_UNBUILT_BUILDS_20260716, build B1) - the registry's first unbuilt->in_house flip: a census of Herodotus's explicit numeric distances paired against modern true distances (Macaulay PD text, Pleiades CC-BY geocoding; 110 candidate rows / 35 primary), frozen with hash + validator test at docs/generated/instrument_builds/herodotus-distances/ (sha256 4529bcee..., commit d1d4be8). Consumed the same day by the pre-registered cj-031 resolution (verdict: inconclusive - only two informant-hop bands reach the registered n>=8 bar). Originally minted unbuilt: no compiled reported-vs-true dataset existed.
