BUILT IN-HOUSE 2026-07-16 (GOAL_CONJECTURES_UNBUILT_BUILDS_20260716, build B2): Tabula Peutingeriana segment-error corpus - Miller 1916 (PD) figures, Itiner-e (CC-BY-4.0) network-routed true lengths, DARE provinces; 108 candidate / 94 primary segments across 7 contiguous regions (5 provinces at n>=10), frozen at docs/generated/instrument_builds/peutinger-segments/ (commit 488cbaa). Consumed the same day by the pre-registered cj-032 resolution: KILLED (dBIC -7.49 - errors are homogeneous, no province-level seams at the staked margin; Sicilia's tightness is narrative only). Extension frontier: the eastern and parasang sections remain unswept. Originally minted unbuilt: no compiled segment-error dataset existed.
