Fournet's The Rise of Coptic publishes exactly this result: Coptic's first attestations (third century) are literary, documentary Coptic appears only in the fourth century and remains confined to private and monastic correspondence for some three centuries, with legal/contractual Coptic emerging only in the sixth century out of monastic institutions — including the monastic-provenance clause. The conjecture's papyrological percentages restate an established published finding.
